My letters always work as sort of a buffet so you can pick and select whatever catches your fancy and write something we’ll both enjoy. I’m a firm believer in Optional Details are Optional, so as long as you respect my few DNWs it’s going to be great!

Regarding violence and other possible triggering things, if it happens to characters in canon, I can deal with it happening to them in fic. Basically, I can deal with everything as long as it at the same intensity level of canon. 

• No Requested Characters Doing Non-Con
• No Power Imbalance between requested characters, so if Under Influence (alcohol, drugs, Heats, Sex-Pollen… I prefer ALL of them to be Under Influence)
• No Violence Between Characters I’ve requested
• No Humiliation
• No Infantilisation, please don’t describe adults as boys or girls
• Otherwise, I’m game. The rating can be as high or low as you want, as long as it’s consensual I’m okay with any kink, and the fouler the language the better.

For Treats: I love canon fic, slice of life fic, expansion on world building, adventures in nature, food and cooking related fic, loyalty kink, competence kink, hurt-comfort, found families, random domesticity and slice of life fic. 

I haven’t requested Tricks, but I do love Halloween themes, I just prefer them to have a happy ending. I love, love, love Scooby Doo type of shenanigans. I do prefer Happy Endings!

 

I love fic in which a relationship is explored, and don’t mind if that’s the main plot. I can deal with angst, but I’d like to have some kind of happy resolution at the end, even if it’s Happy For Now. 

I’d prefer all fic to be set in their respective Canons, but I definitely love Alternate Canons and Canon Divergences. Some of my favorite tropes:

SHADOWHUNTERS

 

Who I requested: Alec Lightwood, Magnus Bane

 

What I love about them:

They came so far this season, hot damn. It’s really hard to keep this short, because I pretty much love everything about them, flaws and all.

I love Alec’s bluntness and honesty and his ’take no prisoners, have no chill’ attitude once he has taken a decision. I love how much he loves Magnus and how he just spews out dramatic love-confessions left and right.

I love Magnus’ loving and caring and tender heart, and how he keeps giving it to people despite everything that happened to him. I love his power and knowledge and what he chooses to do with it. I love how complicated he is, how he can be petty and savage and defensive and open and vulnerable and willing to risk himself. I love that he chose to protect his people over his heart, even though it really hurt him.

Ships: I’m very monofannish about these two, so preferably Alec/Magnus please. As for other (background) characters I’m not really interested in either Jace or Clary, but I love Izzy, Maia, Luke, Simon and Aline.

I’d prefer the canon setting for these two, or an AU where they still are a warlock and a nephilim, but it’s just a little different.

 

Prompts: 

For Any Character: 

In case you don’t want to write ship fic, I would love a fic of one of them being stranded in another dimension/universe (which can be as horrific as you want, ranging from the Inverted Universe we knew, to Everyone is a Werewolf, Valentine Won the first Uprising, The Clave Never existed (but all downworlders and nephilim still exist, ABO Universe…), and making do. I'm really interested in Alec and Izzy's sibling bond, so anything about them growing up, or them going onwards from where we currently are. Similarly I'm super into Magnus and Catarina's (and Ragnor's) relationship, so would love to learn more about that. No Book stuff please.

 

For Alec/Magnus

 

• Dating Fic. They go on dates where they take Photo Booth pictures in canon, so now I want ALL the dating tropes. There’s so many things they can do! The 10 things I hate about you paintball date! Ferris Wheel rides on Coney Island! Motorcycle trips! Stay at home dates!
• Either played straight, or dates interrupted by a case, so they do romantic sleuthing together. 
• Seriously, Scooby Doo shenanigans in the Shadowhunters Universe would be amazing. Alec and Magnus trying to solve a Case, with demons acting really weird and circumspect, only to figure out it’s a Fake Demon/Haunting Scam run by stupid Mundanes. Look, Alec hates Halloween, you can’t convince me otherwise.
• I’m super intrigued by Alec’s runes and why he has the ones he has, and I imagine Magnus would be as well. So a fic with Body Worship would be super nice, especially if not only focussing on Alec’s runes, but also his scars. Also, I am convinced Magnus has hidden piercings and/or tattoos, so feel free to go wild on that side as well.
• Magnus is quite magical, so, so must be the sex, I think. Don’t tell me Alec hasn’t had fantasies about how Magnus could use magic during sex. Combine that with Alec’s runes, and we’re all set to go to lots of magically enhanced sexual adventures.

 

 

HIDDEN LEGACY SERIES - ILONA ANDREWS

 

Who I requested: Bern Baylor, Abraham “Bug” Levine

What I love about them: 

I have a weakness for tech-wizz characters, and they’re both such delicious variants of the trope. I’m super interested in Bug and his relationship with his Swarm, how it helps him, how he manages to co-exist, why he volunteered for certain death in the first place… The man is a mystery, and I love how we see glimpses here and there throughout the books. I like how quickly he became loyal to Rogan and to Nevada, and how he’s becoming healthier and happier and finding a place in the world.

I love Bern’s logical way of doing everything, I love how he reports on cases, I love that he just wants to learn and learn, and genuinely seems to like college. I love that he looks like a giant wrestler, gives his family bearhugs and plays silly computer games with them, while he’s also a genius analyst, who seems to be serious all the time. He’s just such a starchy hero, and I’m dying to see him unstarched.

NGL, I really ship them, because they seem to like each other, have similar but very different ways of looking at data, and I love the competition and genuine admiration between them. Also, imagine what they could do if they really, genuinely worked together? No database would be safe.

Also, Bug deserves one of those hugs.

 

Prompts: 

Separately I’d be super into anything that explores their magic and their relationship with it. More about Bern and his parents, more about his college experience and what becoming a House means to him. How do his fellow college students react? How does his magic feel to him? 

For Bug anything about his time in the Army, why he chose to do the Swarm thing, life with Rogan. How he found his dog, the transition from being pretty much insane to a more regular life.

 

Bug/Bern or Bug & Bern

• Them working on a case together, and being competitive (boyfriends) about it. I just want them to have fun together while they solve something through sexy data crawling and hot analysis. Just, flirting through tech speak while catching bad people.
• Is Halloween still a thing in this Universe? How does all the magic fit in with this, what are the changes to the traditions? Them watching Horror movies together could be the perfect date, especially with all he commentary about how stupid people are.
• I’m pretty sure Scooby Doo shenanigans in this universe would be very much House related, so I’m super into the idea of Bern and Bug screwing up some kind of scam thanks to common sense and a big desire to stick it to the man.
• Either one of them rescuing the other. Bern has the training and physique, Bug has the training and experience, but neither of them is used to be in the front lines much. A dramatic rescue (from something Halloweeny monstrous) with dramatic kissing would totally be my jam.
• Also, Bug deserves all the hugs and affection and great orgasms, so I’m here for some good old pwp as well, if that floats your boat.

 

 

DIFFICULT PEOPLE (TV)

Who I requested: Billy Epstein, Todd Ross

What I love about them: 

I have a weakness for asshole characters falling for asshole characters and being assholes together. Which is basically the premise of the entire show. I love the humour in this show, love all the references, I love Billy and Julie’s friendship, I love Julie’s relationship with Arthur, and I love Billy’s disaster zone love life. But like I said, I have a weakness for assholes falling for other assholes, so the addition of Todd really makes this season for me (especially thanks to my weakness for John Cho).

I love how unapologetically an asshole Billy is, how he’s confident, angry and whiny all in one, and while none of that should be appealing as a character, he somehow still is. I love how he’s the worst waiter, he’s terrible (and often self-defeating) at keeping jobs he might actually like, and I love how his basic neutral stand is not giving a fuck. 

I love Todd Ross because he could be slick and suave and slimy, and while he is those things a little bit, he’s a big shot advertiser after all, he’s also very much in your face with his FUCK YOU ness, and I love that. 

But I fucking love them together. Their confrontation in Todd’s office was hilarious and awesome, I love how they admired each other’s evilness from the get go, and once they made it to making out, I love how quickly it was settled for both of them that this was one of their people. I like that Todd is rich and Billy is broke, and that it doesn’t really matter (that scene of them cleaning Billy’s tiny apartment together was amazing). I love that they don’t need to hold back with one another and can just be mean assholes, and that that’s why they’re less of an asshole with one another.

 

Prompts:

Separately: I don’t think either deals with Halloween well, especially not with kids, being tricked, or being confronted with people in bad costumes, so let the snark begin. 

I’m also always up for petty arguments between Matthew and Billy, Billy ending up on an adventure with Arthur, and because it’s canon that Billy think he’s hot: Billy meeting Isaiah Mustafa :D

For Todd, I’m actually really interested in what on earth happened with Sam that shitting in Todd’s boss’s office was the end result. Also, what on earth kind of other hellish office parties does his company give? And, because it’s canon he thinks Isaiah is hot, what would happen if the Old Spice advertisement would have been made by Todd’s company, and it had come from Todd’s mind?

 

Billy/Todd: 

• I think these two aren’t super aware of how they feel, especially with Billy overthinking all the things, so I’m all here for either of them suddenly realising they’re in love, and not dealing well with it. I’m amused how long they took to do an actual sleepover, even when they’re obviously super into each other, so I’m all here for fic exploring how terribly they are at feelings, but how they get there anyway.
• Billy and Todd separately are forces to be reckoned with, together I’m assuming they can swipe the floor with anyone they meet. Even more fun if it’s a meet the family type of thing, or Todd at the cafe. Billy and Todd on a date, facing off with other people on a similar date. Billy and Todd vs. The world. Billy and Todd vs. each other’s exes.
• Just honestly, Billy and Todd being obnoxious together, while being obnoxious in love.
• Also, ngl, I’d be into some smut between these two, mostly because I think it would both be hilarious and hot.  From the probably still a little angry sex from when they first start out, to accidentally making love, and everything in-between.
