Woop woop woop! I'm excited for Chocolate Box and I hope you are too! I know I have the tendency to write long prompts, but please don't let that intimidate you, I would adore facets of prompts or scenes inspired by them a lot.

Violent (and bloody) sex is fine, as long as there is some kind of positive resolution at the end.
I'm kinkier than my general likes might suggest, the one that I can pinpoint are often very pairing or character based. However, because my biggest kink is enthusiastic consent, I tend to be very into everything characters are into. I like weird and messy, I like power dynamics, I like actual powers and magic and science. If your inspiration takes you somewhere experimental or kinky or hard, I'll be into it as long as the characters are.

Regarding non-sexual violence and other possible triggering things, a good baseline is if it happens to characters in canon, I can deal with it happening to them in fic. Basically, I can deal with everything as long as it is at the same intensity level of canon.

A GATHERING OF DRAGONS - MILLA VANE

What I love about the fandom and characters: BARBARIAN ROMANCE! Dinosaurs in the background! I really like how Milla Vane (aka Meljean Brook) builds words, and this series is no exception. I like the political maneuvering, I like the wildness and the violence. I love that this is a world recovering from a terrible event. I love Marrek and Yvette and the found family around them. Which brings me to Ardyl and Keril. They caught my eye the moment they took someone else to their beds, and the more the love between them became clearer, the more I became invested. The mutual love and pining that isn't quite pining. DELICIOUS. I also really, really love the importance of truth and honesty in this series, because it bares so many emotions that usually stay hidden.

PROMPTS

fic where they fight a dinosaur because fuck yeah
fic that explores their youth. How they came to be part of Maddek’s Dragon. When did they realize that they loved each other? How did they decide that they never would act on it. Did they talk about this or did they never speak of it directly to one another?
fic that actually gets them together. I like the explanation Ardyl gives in book 2, that their oath to Maddek would always trump any oaths they could make to each other, but… BUT. They love each other already! It hasn’t gone away! They swore their oats together! Surely there is a way that they can be together, within their oaths and loyalty towards Maddek. It can happen on their current mission, it can happen in the far future, when the Destroyer is defeated and the world is better. Maybe one of them almost dies, maybe they all almost die, maybe they finally kiss on the final battlefield… Maybe it happens when they are older or when Maddek is no longer the Ran, when they’re grey and their joints are creaky…
One way all these feelings could be explored could be through the people they shared their beds and hearts with. Who was the first woman they shared a bed with? Who was the first man? Did they ever share Maddek between them? Ardyl mentions they both have big hearts, who else did they love or feel affection for? How did sharing their bed with a third person become the way they express the love between them? (I'm not specifically interested in the monk character who has a crush on them, but he can totally be part of a wider exploration).
The super angsty version where one of them is taken and the other has to keep their oath and can't go rescue them. Terrible things happen, but eventually, they get free/are rescued and are reunited, and dramatic love confessions happen.
The messy one where they have sex for reasons (fuck or die or other reasons), and their whole reasoning for not being in a relationship becomes muddier and flimsier because they keep accidentally fucking and they already know they love each other and their loyalty to Maddek is never in question, so why are they stopping themselves? or just fuck or die where things are angsty and messy because they've both always wanted to have sex, but not like this, only they only trust each other with this, and MESSY AND ANGSTY EMOTIONS.
Adventures on the road. They left their home behind, how do they view their fellow travelers? What do they think about the lands they travel through? How do their fellow Parsathians view their relationship? How many dinosaurs do they kill? Some kind of travelogue about their adventures on the road would be awesome. Also, since book 1 is canonically put into song by book 2, I am totally here for a bard type of character putting the story of the star-crossed barbarians to song.

DE TOEKOMST TRILOGIE | THE FUTURE TRILOGY - THEA BECKMAN

Who I requested: Elvira/Tjalf

What I love about the canon: 80s Feminist Environmentalist Post-Apocalyptic sci-fi set in Greenland, what's not to love? Seriously these are the sci-fi books I ever read, and I've loved them since. I love the straight up "men have screwed up ruling for 1000s of years, we're giving ALL positions of power to women". I love that this mentality gets questioned during the novels, and balanced out a bit, but that the base still remains. I love all the hiking through nature, and waging war with the elements and nature. I love that the love-interest is the first two books is an Inuit woman, who ROCKS, both as a captain, and later as a guerilla war strategist . I love that she's still rocking as a great-grandmother in book 3. I love all the female friendships (the sisters in book 3 are so awesome).

20 years after first reading them I still read them on occasion, and I still love this series to death.

What I love about them:

Fuck, these two. Honestly, I still speed read book 3 just to get to the scene where he's all, "Elvira don't leave I can't miss your kindness". Argh. I just really love how kindness is the most coveted and appreciated trait in these books. And I always found it so frustrating that we never got see them later in life, because culture clash!!

Prompts:

Anything, seriously. Since this is a Dutch series that's barely been translated, feel free to write in Dutch (I'm from Belgium) if you'd find that easier, but English is definitely okay as well.

Fic that explores the world-building and expands on the plot. All the rebuilding after the third invasion. How has Thule fundamentally changed? How does the world change? Do the political agreements stick?
Or fic more focused on the country and nature. Hikes in the wild, romantic dates, family dates, just exploring Thule. I really like the traveling parts of these books, and now that Elvira is actually a part of the country, I'd love to see Thule through her eyes now she's no longer constantly fearing for her life.
Tjalf and Elvira building a life together, including all the culture clashes. Elvira might have fallen in love with Thule and Tjalf, they're both very different people from very different cultures and social classes. How do they deal with this? What will they do in life? Where will they live? Just, Elvira settling in in Thulean culture.
All the romance. Thulean wooing must be a thing, and I always was super bummed that it was mostly glossed over in the books. They have that glorious moment at the end of book three, but argh, let there be more romancing.
All the first time fic, especially first times that aren't fraught but a little clumsy and nice. Outdoors sex, because hell yeah nature. Pegging because YES, and also Tjalf seems like someone who'd ask for that himself. I think it'd be fun for Elvira to wrap her head around that and then fully embrace it :) I'm really into the idea of Elvira letting the restraints of Baden go, and exploring her sexuality and finding freedom in that.

WOLF IN NIGHT - TARA K. HARPER

Who I requested: Condari Rahnbada neKeatus Brithanas, Noriana Ember maDione

What I love about the canon: I love the nature and the adventures in the wild these books have. The rock-climbing, the traveling on dnu, the wildness of the environment. I ADORE the wolfwalking, telepathic animals were my thing as a teenager, and I never got over it when it came to these books.

I love all the different counties and cultures and the fact that there's nine moons and that those mess up the tides. I love that these books have always been about family and found families. I love the extremely convoluted politics, and that everybody is always playing at something. I love the hinted at history, and that there are actual aliens on this planet, who screw things up.

Why I love them

I love Nori's loyalty to her family, both by blood and by choice, and how she struggles now that she needs to calculate Rishte into her loyalties. I love her struggle with the alien inside her head, and the expectations put upon her. She's many things for many people, but I always felt the book set her up for finding out who she wanted to be for herself. I love her relationship with her brother as well, supportive siblings are my weakness.

I love how Condari is built out of contradictions. Rich and spoiled and comfortable, yet totally willing to do his own dirty work, or hiking through the woods. I like how he's obviously interested in Nori, and while pursuing her rather determinately, still always respects her boundaries.

I love, love, love the sexual tension between these two. Their backgrounds are so different, and their goals only seldom truly line up, but the tension and attraction and respect is so palpable between them. This book so obviously set things up for Things to happen, and then it stopped. I WANT MORE. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Prompts:

Building directly on the open ending of the book: Will Nori eventually give Condari his shirt back? Will Condari manage to hire Nori as a scout? The politics of this series are so complicated and convoluted, I'd love something that ran with that, and made sense of everything that was set-up in the Wolf in Night Book.
The sexual tension between these two is so palpable, at some point in their future together it is so going to break. Possibly at the worst possible moment. Ideally somewhere in the wilderness, so they can roll through the leaves, pin each other against trees and destroy some bushes in the process. Blood and violence optional. Another possible scenario for the UST to break would be sparring turning into sex. Have them playfight, train, be all sweaty and filled with adrenaline, and BOOM Condari's nice clothes get shredded. Twice, because obviously Nori was wearing his shirt.
Obviously the telepathic wolves are canon, but I would love an AU where either one of them is some kind of animal shifter. Cue even more animalistic desires. You can go all out here, empathy, telepathy, throw in soul bonds. The whole plethora of shifter romance tropes are awesome, like Heats, Knotting, Scent Marking, Claiming Bites etc.
They're both from different countries, so I'm totally here for a political marriage, where they're both convinced the other is only doing it for the political motivations, and all the angst and pining and messy things that come with that.
Related: the world has a lot of weird and complicated social structures, so I would like to read about them getting married (either established relationship, or arranged marriage for political reasons), and that involving Ritual Sex. There's the whole canon thing of having stones grafted on the breastbones, so I feel like Public Ritual Sex wouldn't be that far off.
Adventures on the road. These books are filled with rock-climbing, fighting raiders, fighting nature, lots of exciting traveling. I would love for more of that, and them having to work together to survive in the wilderness. Rishte being fond of Condari would be extra cherries on top.

KING ARTHUR (2004)

Who I requested: Bors/Dagonet/Vanora

What I love about canon: I really love the whole Sarmatian Auxiliary to the Roman army angle of King Arthur. 15 years of fighting in a war that is not yours, in a country that isn't yours, for a country that is not yours. I love the easy friendship between all the knights, but also how very different they look upon their time in Britain. So much drama and fucked-upness right there.

And the there's this moment relatively early in the movie, when Vanora sings, and Bors and Dagonet share a look, and every time I get fucking emotional about it.

And just, they just want to go home, but the Romans fuck them over, and then Dagonet sacrifices himself and I drown in tears.

I love the obvious affection Bors feels for both Vanora and Dagonet, I love how Dagonet is this mountain of silent, but deep feelings, and I love how Vanora is possibly the only sensible person in that whole castle. I have a mighty need for the three of them to LIVE happily ever after. Fuck, they'd be hot, and awesome and glorious together. Honestly, this is one of my perennial requests because my love for them never stills. A long time ago I wrote this Sarmatian Threesome primer, and all my emotions are still as strong.

DAGONET LIVES

The whole Sarmatian knight thing is one of the biggest appeals for me, so I would love fic that explores the culture clashes between Bors and Dagonet, Sarmatians raised by the Roman army, and Vanora, a woman of the isles (?). (We actually don’t know her background; she sings about Home and it’s implied she’s singing about Sarmatia, but since we don’t see any girls being displaced by the Romans, I think that she’s the daughter of a former Sarmatian knight with a British woman. Which I love because Culture Clash! But feel free to play around to your heart’s content.
There’s also Bors idea of settling in Britain, which I love, because again, culture clash, and also Bors is just such a soldier, the idea of him trying his hand at farming cracks me up. But I also imagine them all going back to Sarmatia, and like trying to settle in a life there that they lost a long time ago, because when you spent such a formative part of your youth away from your culture, it’s bound to feel alien. Speaking of Sarmatia, apparently they were known for having Warrior Women, so a fic where Vanora’s kind but bossy nature is what attracts them to her would be lovely.
This can all be established relationship, or them getting together, either with something already being there between two of them (Bors/Vanora, or Bors/Dagonet) and the third one balancing it all out. The Romancing and Seduction of one Silent Stoic Soldier called Dagonet, by means of Stray Children, Foul Language and Excellent Sex, as told by Vanora, with enthusiastic annotations by Bors, would be excellent.
I’m not going to lie, I’m mostly into these three because they’re so affectionate with one another, there’s so much physicality in this movie and it’s so obvious they love each other. So yeah, I’m here for some hot Sarmatian threesomes. Some ideas and things I like for them:
I have a theory that obviously Bors' 12 children are at least 50% strays Dagonet picked up. I'd love a slice of life type fic, where the three (try to) find an escape from the daily chaos of raising 12 children to get laid. Extra kudos if there's a couple of awkward walk-ins and some failed attempts because of sudden interruptions. Sex in the outdoors seems like one possible solution to this problem.
I did love all the fighting scenes a lot, and angsty fic where someone gets wounded, and the other two comfort them and each other would be delicious. Without the angst I'd also love Post-Battle victory sex, Thank God We're Alive sex and Dammit, Looking at you fight makes me really horny sex. Could also be Post-Training sex, because I imagine Vanora to be an interested spectator whenever Bors and Dagonet spar. I'm convinced they'd have competitions between them to have the honor of eating Vanora out that evening. All the manhandling, rolling around, struggling for being on top. I like to think Vanora makes up for her lack of physical strength (in comparison) with the strength of her personality.
I'd love a Soulbond AU, or an Animal Shifter AU, or both. Especially if there'd be cultural differences between the Britons and Sarmatians in how was dealt with this. I love me some Fantasy Non-Human Genitalia, so feel free to go as weird and kinky as you want. I'm also really into all the marking and claiming and possessiveness, especially if it's mutual and in all directions.

SUPERNATURAL

In general I'm also into Sam/Eileen, Team Free Will 2.0, Sam & Dean & Living Happily For A While, Come On Show. When DeanCas is happening, I prefer it when Sam is a part of their life.

What I love about the fandom and characters: It's 2020 and SPN has been the highlight of my year. I fell deeply in love with this show and DeanCas in 2010, caught up, took a break from fandom for a while and never quite returned, and then Castiel's confession happened and it sucked me right back in. I've been catching up in between chatting on FFA, reading all the fic, and I haven't felt so happy and joyous with fandom things in a long time.

I love Dean and Sam and their messy co-dependent brotherhood, helping people and trying to do the right thing. I love the longest slowburn ever. I love Castiel in all his Ancient Warrior, Sometimes Fallen Angel, I Did It All For You (but also for myself), Messy Glory. I love all the different facets of loyalty between Dean and Sam and Dean and Cas and Cas and Dean and Cas and Jack. I love the, "of course I forgive you* and I love the *we always make the heart choice*. I love this fanvid. Roll the dice. I love the bunker and I love the impala.

Cas/Dean

I would prefer canon divergence fic set before the finale, or for the finale to not have happened or differently. Other AUs are fine too, as long as Cas is still kind of supernatural being, and the world still has some fantasy elements.

I've been talking a lot on FFA about fanworks I would love, so a bunch of these prompts have been posted by me there before.

Inspired by broken pottery being fixed with golden paste: The fic where every time Cas heals Dean he fills him with grace, so all the broken parts of him are fixed with golden light. Normally it's only visible to Angels, (cue all the remarks about Castiel being in love with Dean through the years, it was like... really visibly true). But then PLOT reasons happen, or just Heaven Reasons, and suddenly Dean sees all the grace in him that's been keeping him together for all these years and... feelings happen. A nonnie on FFA responded to my prompt with "a roadmap of Cas's devotion that lives under Dean's skin", and that just gets to me.
fic about Dean writing the bestiary entry for Castiel, through the years. Is there an entry for angels in John Winchester's journal that Dean added? Did he start to write one on angels first, then his thoughts on Castiel got in the way and he started to write a separate entry for him? How many versions did he go through, how many deaths before he added the line of "he's always returned." How much did Sam suffer finding crumbled up draft versions for years.
The one where Cas is a clumsy kisser but unerringly knows where to touch Dean to drive him absolutely wild with arousal. Turns out rebuilding someone's body from the cell level up means knowing all their erogenous zones. Extra points for Dean having a couple of new points, and it eventually comes out that these were just parts of Dean that Cas thought were extra beautiful, and he accidentally turned them into sex hot spots. I'm into both the romantic Cas is just really good at making Dean feel good because he knows him inside out, as in the non-con body modification one where Dean has been rebuilt just slightly differently for his and Castiel's pleasure. (This last part is the exception to my non-con dnw, with the caveat that Dean's into it by the fic's resolution)
The alternate finale fic where Dean understands that Cas is about to sacrifice himself to the Empty, says "Don't do this Cas, I love you," and that's what sends Cas to the Empty. All Dean's angst about Cas not saying it back and why does he always leave and sacrifice himself, and why did he _say it_ when it didn't help. Preferable with a Team Free Will 2.0 rescue mission, while Dean is trying and failing at hiding all his emotional turmoil.

A more general prompt for Dean/Cas with Sam/Eileen or Sam/Madison and/or Sam/Gabriel/Rowena and preferably also Jack and possibly Mary, Charlie and others, is the Bunker as a sort of Roadhouse 2.0 Hunter Hub Alternate Finale.

The Bunker as Roadhoase 2.0, with Sam as Men of Letters and Dean at the bar, which they built on top of the bunker.

It feels that for so long for the earlier seasons both Dean and Sam have tried their turns at a normal life, and never quite managed to get out of the life completely. But now, in hindsight, I wonder if what they were looking for wasn't so much the normal life outside of hunting, but the comfort and comforts of a home base? They managed to eke out a home and domesticity in this place, no matter the fucked-up-ness of their world. Offering drinks, advice, a place to crash and shower and do some research for hunters still on the road. A sort of semi-retirement, but still very much part of the world and sharing all their knowledge. I like the of a fic that serves as a sort of counterpoint to the Impala episode. Snippets/vignettes through the ages, and how it slowly becomes home to the Winchesters and co. through time and in the future. Established relationships or getting together in this setting.

Gabriel/Rowena/Sam

I would prefer Canon Setting fic for these three! I've always had a weakness for Gabriel and his non-traditional Gabrielness, and how he related with Sam. I love Rowena and everything she chooses to be and how she was with Sam. I love the moment where Gabriel and Rowena are caught in the bunker. Things obviously need to happen here.

The one where after catching Rowena and Gabriel all disheveled, Sam gets jealous, only he's confused about who exactly. Or the one where he just thinks, fuck it, I've been through enough, I deserve this sandwich.
The canon divergence where Gabriel doesn't die, he becomes Jack's occasional right-hand man in Heaven for funsies, and he ends up as Heaven's representative in the yearly Let's Avoid These Apocalyptic Messes In The Future Diplomatic Meetings. Rowena comes herself. Sam is Earth's representative. Somehow they always end up fucking. At least it keeps the peace? And negotiations interesting. Sam is a diplomatic _genius_.
All the size differences. Someones getting double stuffed and it's not Rowena. All the kinky, sexy fun stuff. This is a pairing where with a Queen of Hell, a Trickster God who's also an Arch-Angel, and someone who likes to put his body through things For Science, I'm the Guinea Pig, the sky really is the limit when it comes to sex, so as long as everybody had fun in the end, you can go as wild as you want. (only DNWs are scat and non-con, I'm game for everything else).

KATE DANIELS WORLD - ILONA ANDREWS

Why I love this canon: I love the magic system, the world-building, and the amazing character development almost all characters go through. I love the snark, the found family aspects, and I'm deeply invested in all canon relationships. It's one of those series where I've actually yelled at characters for making hard choices I disagreed with, and yet loved them even more for it. I'm completely caught up with all novellas, the final book, and the Hugh spin-off. I pre-ordered Blood Heir and have two days off then, so I'll be reading it right away!

While I love Kate and Curran, I've always been very invested in all the side-characters. I loved both Julie and Derek since the first time they appeared on page, and have been high-key invested in their relationship since they met. Ascanio worked the other way around, my love for him kind of snuck up on me, but by the third time I reread the book where he's introduced, I loved him so much.

They’re all a little bit broken, and still managed to stay awesome, even while being teenagers. They were all looking for a place in the world, and Kate helped them with that. But mostly, they helped themselves. They're all such strong-willed characters, and ambitious, and their teenage dramatics made me long for all the stories of them as adults. You can imagine my glee when Blood Heir was announced.

I would really prefer fic set when they're adults, either in a post-Kate Daniels series future situation of your own choosing, or with the Blood Heir update included.

PROMPTS FOR BLOOD HEIR

Hoo boy, I'm still slightly overwhelmed!! That was a lot, especially the ending where it turned out they both knew from the beginning who the other was! And Ascanio's dress down! Everybody has grown and changed so much, and yet nobody has really dealt with all their teenage issues. ARGH.

All the identity porn! Derek knowing the whole time, just by the way she sat on her horse, was like catnip to me. What were his feelings on the new her? Did he realize she knew? What if they'd kissed and she hadn't let his name slip? Would he have told he knew who she was then? What if they hadn't aired all their shit and just indulged themselves? Or they don't, because good orgasms make them a little more forgiving. Or they slipped it out during the sex and then pretend they didn't hear it. Messy battllefield shenanigans!
The one where Aurelia doesn't have to stay in Atlanta, but ends up in Alaska for political or Moloch reasons. Derek finds out she's on Ice Fury territory and tensions rise! But Alaska is Alaska, and Julie/Aurelia was never afraid to rough it out in nature, and so mountains! snow!, huddling for warmth! confessions in the neverending darkness of the night!

It's always been my headcanon that Ascanio and Julie experimented at least once, as a sort of teenage friends with benefits situation. Then after she left, Derek and Ascanio kind of accidentally dealt with all the dominance issues between them by fucking it all out, and because they were both lonely it happened more than once. Nothing in Blood Heir counters this, so I'm still really into this idea. The three of them are so desperate to find their place in the world, I wish they'd find it with each other, in some vague future, where Moloch is dealt with.
